The Regional Conference will be held January 31, 2009 at J.M. Robinson High School in Concord, NC.

Hello Everyone,

Below you will find the Regional Registration Form and the SW HOSA Event List.  Note that the payment for regionals is made out to “SW Region HOSA” and is sent to:

Registration is due by January 9, 2009 and it is $5 per student.  Details about lunch will be coming out under a separate cover at a later date. 

Please review the Event Management list and please sign up to help run an event.  It is the best way to learn an event and the conference will only be successful if we all pull together to help run it.  You can also bring spouse or friends to help judge events.  If you are willing to work an event please email Justin Beam (jbbeam@gaston.k12.nc.us).  The Events in yellow need managers and the number in brackets next to Support are the number of folks we need helping with that event.  If you are an Event Manager you must contact judges.  The names on the list are from last year and you do not need to use these folks but you do need to be sure you have judges for your event.
